Some would say it’s the most important part of a roast dinner, and we definitely agree. With the stakes so high, we have you covered with our gluggable reduction of chicken and duck stock, scented with thyme and finished off with a dollop of redcurrant jelly for sweetness. Pass the boat! 

To Serve

Serve alongside your hero protein of turkey, prosciutto wrapped chicken, whole brined chicken or roasted porchetta.

Defrost fully then heat gently in a small saucepan or microwave-safe container, stirring occasionally, until piping hot. Serve with either the citrus-brined turkey or chicken, pistachio and cranberry ballotines.

    Traditional Gravy

    I ordered this gravy to use on Christmas Day and it was a huge hit with everyone. Would highly recommend. You have to keep stirring it until it thickens up but it was very good.
