Some would say it’s the most important part of a roast dinner, and we definitely agree. With the stakes so high, we have you covered with our gluggable reduction of chicken and duck stock, scented with thyme and finished off with a dollop of redcurrant jelly for sweetness. Pass the boat! 

To Serve

Serve alongside your hero protein of turkey, prosciutto wrapped chicken, whole brined chicken or roasted porchetta.

Defrost fully then heat gently in a small saucepan or microwave-safe container, stirring occasionally, until piping hot. Serve with either the citrus-brined turkey or chicken, pistachio and cranberry ballotines.

    The Best Gravy

    I wish I could make gravy like this gravy. I bought extra this year for throughout the year. I wish you would keep this on the menu the entire year

    Home made taste - good with everything

    This was so much better than I can make. Went with a roast and on home made chips. Great taste and every drop was consumed.
