The easiest and (we’d argue) just plain yummiest of veg-based dinners – silky sheets of fresh pasta layers with the colours of the Italian flag: sweet red tomato sauce, mild, creamy ricotta and minerally spinach, enlivened with lemon zest and basil and all topped with our Parmesan-enriched bechamel.  

To Serve

It’s a complete meal in itself so you could easily get away with nothing on the side but a rocket and Parmesan salad would be welcome. If you’re catering for hearty eaters, throw some garlic bread in the oven and you’ll have very happy campers.

Remove plastic film and preheat oven (FF) to 200C. DEFROSTED: cook for approximately 45 minutes or until golden across the top. FROZEN: cook for approximately 55 minutes or until golden across the top. Serve with a green salad. Ovens vary, please adjust cooking times if necessary. Frozen product. Cook straight from frozen or defrost in refrigerator. Once defrosted, cook and consume within 48 hours.
