Buttered mash or crusty bread would be good with the pie's delicious gravy, as would a baked potato. There are plenty of vegetables in the pie but a green salad with a nice, sharp dressing is always welcome with pastry.

Great choice for the family - love that the oven baking cooks the pastry fresh - makes it feel like you baked it yourself!

Delicious combination of tender beef and lots of vegetables. A nice fine pastry on top, just enough to be tasty but not too much to feel guilty
