Defrost fully. Set aside the sachet of sauce. Drain the excess liquid from the prawns. Preheat a fry pan, add a little oil and fry the prawns until almost cooked, add 1-2 teaspoons of sauce from the sachet, stir, then remove the prawns and set aside. Meanwhile, microwave the noodle and vegetables for 2-3 minutes, pour over the remaining sauce, stir, then microwave for another minute or until piping hot. Transfer the noodles to your serving plate and top with the prawns. Alternatively, preheat a fry pan. Add a little oil and fry the prawns until almost cooked, add 1-2 teaspoons of sauce from the sachet, stir, then remove the prawns and set aside. Add a little more oil to the pan if needed, add the noodles and vegetables and stir fry for 1-2 minutes. Pour over the remaining sauce, stir and gently heat for a further 1-2 minutes. Plate up the noodles and vegetables and top with the cooked prawns. Garnish with coriander and a lemon or lime wedge. Microwaves vary, please adjust the cooking times if necessary.
