1.22kg- 1kg side of salmon with horseradish-dill cream- serves 8 or more as part of a buffet.
To Cook
Defrost fully before cooking. Preheat (FF) 210C and mix 2 tablespoons of olive oil into the bread crumb mix. Lay the salmon skin side down on a paper-lined baking tray, push the bread crumb mix onto the salmon and cook for 20-25 minutes. Transfer to a platter and serve with horseradish cream.
