Complete your dinner with the simplest of green additions, throw some chopped broccolini into the pan for the last 15-20 minutes of cooking, and your work here is done. If you have more time and inclination on your hands, steamed green beans, dressed with butter and slivered almonds or a bowl of buttered green peas would be lovely on the side. And a green salad never goes astray.

A staple in our house, this dish takes zero effort and tastes delicious. I recommend having some bread to hand to soak up the remains of the sauce from the tray, it tastes that good.

So simple and easy to make, with delicate flavours and you can tell the chicken is quality. It cooks out to be moist and tasty. It's all in one pan (add a salad if you fancy or some beans). The family love this one.
