Coq au vin blanc

Coq au vin blanc

It’s French for chicken in white wine, but really, it’s just a fancy way of saying dinner’s about to get very delicious. Two free-range chicken marylands in a velvety white wine sauce with bacon, golden roasted onions, and earthy mushrooms. It’s comforting, a little decadent, and calls for a side of creamy mash to soak up every last drop — but there’s no need to beg; we’ll always oblige.

To Serve

Partner this up with a heaping of our creamy mash or duck fat potatoes and a side of steamed greens.
