490g- 2 fillets of marinated salmon and sauce.
To Cook
Defrost fully before cooking. Heat a little oil in a non-stick frying pan and fry the salmon for 6 minutes over medium heat. Turn the fillets over and cook for 2 minutes before adding the sauce and simmering for a further 2 minutes.
