There’s so much flavour in this dish we could scream! Lemongrass, ginger, garlic and fish sauce are all bundled together with pork mince into perfect nuggets of porky goodness. Partner it up with nuoc cham (the Vietnamese classic citrussy, chilli, fish sauce dressing) and call it a very good day.

To Serve

Serve snug in a lettuce leaf, wrapped in a rice paper roll or alongside a crisp papaya salad.

Preheat a lightly oiled barbecue hotplate or non-stick frying pan. DEFROSTED: cook for 3 minutes each side or until golden and cooked through. FROZEN: cook for 4 minutes each side or until golden and cooked through. Serve with nuoc cham, either wrapped in lettuce or rice paper or with an Asian slaw or Papaya salad.
