To Cook
Preheat a lightly oiled barbecue hotplate or non-stick frying pan. DEFROSTED: cook for 3 minutes each side or until golden and cooked through. FROZEN: cook for 4 minutes each side or until golden and cooked through. Serve with nuoc cham, either wrapped in lettuce or rice paper or with an Asian slaw or Papaya salad.
