Kinda like the Chinese takeaway classic but also kinda not! Our version swaps the bright red sauce and deep-fried pork for sliced lean pork fillet with capsicums and onions in a sticky, sweet and sour sauce. Ticking all the boxes! 

To Serve

Serve with our coconut rice, steamed jasmine rice or tossed through noodles.

Defrost fully, heat some oil in a wok or fry pan, then add the strips of pork and fry till browned, add the vegetables and continue to stir fry for approximately 1 minute. Next add the sauce and fry till heated through.
