To Cook
Defrost fully before cooking. Heat oil (approx. 5mm deep) over medium heat in a frying pan and fry gently for 4-5 minutes each side or until golden brown and cooked through. Drain on paper towel before serving.

These are one of my fav's. Great portion sizes for adults, and if for children you can cut them up to desirable sizes. A versatile schnitzel, used with salads, potatoes and veg or chips!

We love these in our house. Easy to pop in a skillet and be done in minutes. Thought they might be dry like others we've tried elsewhere. Not these. They fry up crisp and juicy!
