DEFROSTED: Pierce the film and microwave for 4 minutes, stir and heat for a further minute or until piping hot. FROZEN: Pierce the film and microwave for 6 minutes then stir and heat for a further 3-4 minutes or until heated through. Serve with leafy greens or a fresh green salad and a crusty baguette. Microwave ovens vary, please adjust heating times if necessary.

How We Make It
For our version of this definitive French lamb stew, we braise diced lamb shoulder very gently in white wine, chicken stock and crushed tomatoes and flavour with herbs, garlic and a little Dijon mustard. After slow cooking for two to three hours, we add roast kipfler potatoes, batons of carrots and steamed green beans.
