Malaysian chicken marylands with coconut-coriander sambal

Malaysian chicken marylands with coconut-coriander sambal

We’ve prepped two free-range chicken Marylands in an insanely aromatic Malaysian marinade. This is one of the dishes that will undoubtedly get everyone’s tums rumbling as the chicken roasts away in the oven and the spices release their toasted fragrance. Finish at the table with our fresh and vibrant coconut sambal and prepare everyone for a (kid-friendly) flavour bomb.

To Serve

Serve it up along stir-fried greens with our steamed coconut rice on the side or alongside a fresh and crunchy slaw with a sesame-soy dressing.
