A comforting, hearty, and playful Chinese soup with pork meatballs as the lion's head and vermicelli noodles making the mane in a steaming soy-scented broth with shredded cabbage. A single serve, just for you because a soup this good is way too good to share. A roaring success for dinner.

Pierce the plastic film several times. DEFROSTED: microwave for 3-4 minutes, stirring half way through till piping hot. FROZEN: microwave for 6 minutes, stir and microwave for a further 1 minute or till piping hot. Microwave ovens vary considerably. Please adjust heating times if necessary.
