Defrosted: Pierce the film and microwave for 3 minutes, stir and heat for a further 1 minute. Frozen: Pierce the film and microwave for 5 minutes, stir and heat for a further 3 minutes. Stovetop: Empty into a saucepan and reheat gently, stirring occasionally, until piping hot.
