320g-2 fillets and simmering sauce.
To Cook
Defrost fully. Pat dry the fish with paper towel. Heat a lightly oiled fry pan and cook the fish for 2-3 minutes each side over moderate heat. Lower the heat and add the sauce, allow to simmer gently till the salmon is cooked to your liking.

My hubby and I eat salmon weekly and having it cooked the same way on the bbq each week, while delicious, can get boring. TDL's Firecracker Salmon is off the scale delicious. The spicy, sweet, salty sauce not only elevates the fish itself, but drizzle it over what ever sides you serve to take them to another level too. We served it with air-fryer sweet potato chips & steamed broccoli. With the sauce over everything...YUMMO!
