Remove plastic film and preheat oven to 180C degrees. DEFROSTED: place in the oven and cook for 30 minutes or until a skewer comes out fudgy. FROZEN: place in the oven and cook for 35 minutes, or until a skewer comes out fudgy. before cutting into squares. Serve warm with ice cream or at room temperature.

    Tastes good, but….

    These taste great, but I just didn’t see the value in these as opposed to the meals. I’ll stick to the meals in future.
