Spinach and three cheese flat breads

Spinach and three cheese flat breads

These super-handy, throw-em-in-the-sandwich-press flatbreads, stuffed with spinach, feta, mozzarella and ricotta, have a gooey gozleme vibe, making them feel like a bit of a treat, despite being so wholesome and vego to boot! Great for working from home lunches, instant kids’ dinners, late night snacks and to fill a myriad of flatbread-shaped holes in between.

To Serve

Just slice and hoe in! If you’re making these into a main event, you could serve a salad on the side, chilli sauce or relish optional but recommended.

    Delicious and quick to prepare

Brought this to our camping trip, what a great quick lunch to whip up on a hot pan. We served it with Greek yogurt. Both kids and adults loved it.
