To Cook
MICROWAVE: remove the lid and sit it loosely on the pudding Defrosted: heat for 4-5 minutes. Frozen: heat for 10 minutes. STOVETOP: defrost fully, place the pudding in it's bag in a saucepan. Carefully cover with boiling water and simmer over low heat for 2 hours, add more water as it evaporates. Turn out onto a plate and flame with brandy if you'd like. Serve with brandy butter, custard or ice cream. Microwaves vary, please adjust heating times if necessary.

I love a good Christmas pud and this one didn't disappoint. Lots of fruit and was nice a soft. Got two, one is in the freezer ready for Easter.
