It’s a complete meal in itself so you could easily get away with nothing on the side but a rocket and Parmesan salad would be welcome. If you’re catering for hearty eaters, throw some garlic bread in the oven and you’ll have very happy campers.

To Cook
Remove plastic film and preheat oven (FF) to 200C. DEFROSTED: cook for approximately 45 minutes or until golden across the top. FROZEN: cook for approximately 55 minutes or until golden across the top. Serve with a green salad. Ovens vary, please adjust cooking times if necessary. Frozen product. Cook straight from frozen or defrost in refrigerator. Once defrosted, cook and consume within 48 hours.

Lasagne is one of my favourite meals but I have always struggled to cook it to perfection. I have tried both the spinach and ricotta lasagne as well as the roast pumpkin, ricotta, walnut and sage lasagne and they were both delicious.
